Registration fees

The attendance fees for the ICNP26 conference are (CNY):

The registration fee includes:

·     Admission to all Conference Sessions

·    Lunches and Coffee Breaks

·    Access to the exhibition and posters

Payment Method

There are two ways for registration fee payment:

·    Pay through USST university platform for the Alipay and Wechat Payment Users (payment instructions)

·    Bank transfer for non-Alipay and non-Wechat payment users

·      Please note that when USST staff registering ICNP26, there is no need to make the conference fee payment through the campus payment platform. Instead, kindly complete the reimbursement form in the financial system to pay the conference fee according to the document process. Students on campus please contact their tutor, who will pay the registration fee.(USST staff payment process for ICNP)

Obtain your Invoice（Except for Attendees from USST）

Please download the form 'ICNP26 Invoice Information Form', fill it out according to the requirements, and send the Excel as an attachment to the conference email icnpconference@usst.edu.cn. The subject of the email should be 'For Invoice: Name + Institute'. And the invoice will be sent to your email as soon as it is issued.

Student Registration

·     No proof of student status is required. Student badges indicate student status.

·     Online registration acknowledgments will be sent by automatic email.

·     A final confirmation with details will be sent 2 weeks before start of the conference.

Cancellation policy

·       Cancellation until and including Aug 20, 2026: full refund minus RMB 200 handling fee.

·       Cancellation after Aug.20, 2026: no refund
